Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for meeting sales objectives within the designated territory.

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, clinics, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

• Discover new business prospects and enhance the regional market footprint.

• Offer clinical guidance on insulin pump therapy, automated insulin delivery (AID) systems, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), emergency management, and diabetes self-management.

• Facilitate product training sessions for patients and healthcare professionals.

• Assist pump trainers with certification and recertification processes.

• Engage in trade shows, congresses, and regional events.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Team, Medical Affairs, and our internal sales force.

• Record all activities within the CRM system.

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and data protection/privacy standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in clinical sales or diabetes management.

• Comprehensive understanding of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, insulin pumps, hybrid closed-loop systems, CGM, carbohydrate counting, and emergency protocols.

• Capability to engage and influence healthcare professionals while confidently supporting patients.

• Independent and organized working approach, with a strong willingness to travel (up to 80%).

• Proficient in using CRM tools and digital platforms.

• Experience collaborating with KOLs.

• Fluency in German and good command of English.

• Ideally qualified as a DDG-certified diabetes educator, nurse, dietitian, or possessing a comparable qualification.
