This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Delivers clinical training to diverse groups including Sales Representatives, Technical Teams, Merit personnel, Cath lab and Radiology staff, Insertion Site Care Clinicians, and physicians on all Merit products.

• Exhibits mastery, competence, and proficiency with all designated products within the Interventional verticals and related cardiac and interventional procedures.

• Takes the lead in organizing and managing the clinical components of product-related StatSeal account trials or conversions, which includes documenting and tracking feedback, opportunities, and projects in CRM.

• Functions within the clinical applications team, serving as the primary clinical resource for the assigned products in the designated region, while also offering support to other team members and providing mentorship to peers.

• Conducts in-service training and offers clinical support to customers on both new and existing products, dedicating approximately 50% of the time to training and in-servicing at customer locations.

• Aids in evaluating new product market research trials in the field (CPEs) and facilitates new product launches.

• Continuously provides product-related instruction to customers and shares pertinent product information.

• Responds to clinical inquiries from physicians, technicians, sales representatives, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Integrates into clinical and regional teams to become a valuable contributing member.

• Serves as a clinical product resource for customers and sales teams.

• Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA/RCIS) in the field of interventional cardiology or radiology procedures.

• Minimum of three years of direct support for interventional-based or vascular-related procedures.

• Preferred five years of experience in procedural-based medical environments.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to analyze feedback in a learning context to develop strategies for enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of coaching and development methodologies.

• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to grasp complex issues.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to coordinate large-scale programs.

• Proven computer proficiency, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other relevant software applications.
