• Provides guidance and training support for StatSeal product knowledge to all relevant customers, both internal and external.
• Exhibits mastery, proficiency, and expertise with all assigned products within the CI/PI verticals and related therapeutic procedures.
• Takes the lead in organizing and managing the clinical aspects of product-related account trials or conversions, documenting and tracking comments, opportunities, and projects in CRM.
• Functions within the clinical applications team, serving as the primary clinical resource for the assigned products in the designated region, and offers mentorship to colleagues.
• Conducts in-service training and clinically supports customers on new and existing products, spending approximately 50% of the time training at customer locations.
• Aids in evaluating new product market research trials in the field (CPEs) and facilitates new product introductions.
• Supplies ongoing product-related training to customers and provides pertinent product information.
• Addresses clinical inquiries from physicians, technicians, sales representatives, and other pertinent parties.
• Integrates into clinical and regional teams to become a valuable, contributing member.
• Acts as a clinical product resource for customers and sales teams.
• Performs additional duties and tasks as required.
• Education and/or business experience equivalent to a Clinical Degree (RT/RN/PA/RCIS) in a medical imaging or procedures-related field.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience supporting imaging-based or vascular-related procedures.
• Preferred: Five years of experience in procedural-based medical environments.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to analyze feedback within a learning environment to develop strategies for enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of coaching and development techniques, along with the capability to implement a corporate clinical or sales preparation program related to assigned Merit’s products.
• Strong analytical skills and the capability to understand complex issues.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate large-scale programs.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency, ideally in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other relevant software applications.
