Clinical Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Leverage clinical nursing expertise to extract pertinent clinical information from electronic health record (EHR) documents.

• Offer content support to Solventum end-user products by utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) in a clinical context.

• Assist with informatics and technical needs for the ongoing enhancement of Solventum clinical products’ design and content.

• Train and coordinate content usage with other Solventum departments and clients.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols while executing assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to commencement, from an accredited institution in Nursing (AS RN, BSN RN).

• A minimum of five (5) years of clinical practice/experience.

• A valid RN license.

• Experience with clinical terminology standards such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, and RxNorm, or clinical Natural Language Processing (NLP) in the healthcare sector.

• A Master’s degree in biomedical or nursing informatics.

• CCDS certification from ACDIS or CDIP certification from AHIMA, or two (2) years of CDI equivalency.

• Strong communication, oral presentation, and writing capabilities.

• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a fully remote team.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May require up to 10% domestic travel.
