• Promote the use of ear and hearing health care within the community.

• Perform regular site visits to provide clinical and commercial assistance to customers.
• Track program progress and organize engagement activities.
• Prepare succinct reports for stakeholders.
• Experience working with clinical clientele, preferably with a qualification in healthcare or audiology.
• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful training to healthcare or clinical teams.
• Capability to design and execute initiatives that promote engagement and adoption.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities, whether via phone, online, or face-to-face.
• Proficient in analyzing and reporting on customer health and churn metrics, deriving insights from the data.
• Strong aptitude for influencing, inspiring, and cultivating trust among diverse stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing multiple deadlines and priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with medical devices and software platforms.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adjust to a rapidly changing project landscape.
• Experience acquired in a commercial setting.
• Keen attention to detail.
