📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to provide strategic, high-impact faculty engagement, ensuring the effective incorporation of Lippincott and NurseTim products and services into nursing curricula.

• Assist in product updates and partner with the nursing education team to ensure alignment with academic requirements.

• Utilize analytical skills to tackle challenges within nursing education and foster student success.

• Engage in a team-oriented environment to devise solutions, propel initiatives, and meet strategic objectives.

• Keep abreast of trends in nursing education and their effects on student outcomes.

• Advocate for innovation in preparing future nurses for an ever-changing healthcare environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a doctoral degree are mandatory.

• An active, unrestricted RN license is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing education is essential.

• Proven teaching experience in academic nursing, with proficiency in curriculum design, assessment, instructional strategies, and learning technologies.
