This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create, implement, and oversee a regional marketing and outreach strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives, performance indicators, and admission targets.
• Meet the assigned territory goals and objectives for at least three quarters each year.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of administrative, clinical, and programmatic services offered by the facility.
• Identify, nurture, and engage qualified referral sources through educational programs, marketing seminars, lectures, and workshops.
• Organize, coordinate, and carry out outreach events and educational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Recognize and create new business opportunities by enhancing relationships and expanding the referral network.
• Inform healthcare professionals, referral partners, and the community about behavioral health services.
• Manage the designated territory and record outreach activities, inquiries, and results in the CRM.
• Keep weekly activity reports and admission tracking data up to date.
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations with leadership, assessing territory performance, referral patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Address inquiries related to programs, services, and facility information.
• Maintain a database of existing and potential referral sources.
• Engage in meetings with the Business Development Area Director and Chief Marketing Officer to review performance and business development results.
• A minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or provider relations.
• Preferably, experience within a behavioral healthcare or healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to establish and manage referral relationships that promote territory growth.
• Experience collaborating with clinical teams, healthcare providers, or treatment programs is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, behavioral health, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a substance abuse screening prior to starting work.
• Cannot be a medical marijuana cardholder due to the company's safety-sensitive position policy.
