Clinical Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Now Optics field teams consistently provide a clinical experience that enhances PEG's capability to deliver high-quality care.

• Collaborate with RVPs and District Managers to identify priority markets for improving clinical execution.

• Travel to assigned markets to offer hands-on training, coaching, and operational assistance.

• Perform clinical audits to evaluate adherence to SOPs, PEG standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver clear and constructive feedback to store and regional leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare, or multi-unit retail management.

• Strong grasp of diagnostic workflows and the fundamentals of patient experience.

• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and nurture field teams.

• Skilled in data analysis to drive actions and enhance performance.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred (English & Spanish).
