Clinical Applications Specialist – XR/Surgery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee, schedule, and provide objective-driven training and educational support for customer accounts over an extended timeframe, showcasing the complete range of product features, capabilities, and benefits.

• Implement training through meticulous execution of skill checklists and assessments, while ensuring thorough documentation of results.

• Share outcomes with a wide audience.

• Create comprehensive post-training reports and offer consistent feedback regarding customer satisfaction and requirements.

• Promote new product introduction (NPI) features and imaging techniques; collaborate with customers to design training plans and strategies that facilitate new product integration and meet ongoing training demands.

• Serve as the primary contact for the modality/team, recognizing customer satisfaction challenges and specialized training requests.

• Build significant relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and enhance protocols, thereby supporting our clinical education efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications.

• Current clinical/technical experience in a hospital/clinic environment, demonstrating proficiency in the radiography modality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

• Willingness to travel frequently (including overnight stays and some weekends) within your designated geographic area and nationally, including trips to the US for internal training.

• Proficient in effective communication using the local language (English); bilingual proficiency in French is an advantage.

• Previous experience in Clinical Applications or teaching is a plus.
