This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Provide support in Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing initiatives.
• Establish and nurture robust business relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and key account stakeholders to achieve consistent clinical performance goals.
• Facilitate Sales and Dealer training programs to ensure comprehensive product knowledge and clinical differentiation.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to fulfill client training needs and support sales efforts, including new installations, remote training, and follow-up training for customers.
• Effectively demonstrate the clinical and operational benefits of the system to end-users, influencing purchasing choices and driving adoption through a consultative sales approach.
• Provide management with timely updates regarding issues or concerns that may affect product sales and support within the channel.
• Partner with product management and service teams to relay field feedback and enhance product performance.
• Deliver clinical presentations and offer support at scientific meetings and trade shows.
• Capture training photos and videos when feasible, adhering to hospital guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure successful integration and support efforts.
• Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting to swiftly resolve service-related challenges.
• Provide clinical support through a 24/7 helpline as necessary.
• Educate customers to establish safe and efficient protocols.
• Evaluate and grant CEU credits with appropriate verification testing.
• Ensure that customer training materials are current and provide feedback for new training resources as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Complete all site surveys and training documentation promptly and maintain the Shared Clinical Training Calendar.
• Responsible for arranging travel and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.
• Collect DICOM and Corrected Data from sites in compliance with hospital guidelines.
• Represent the company in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings and those of competitors to effectively position and advertise our solutions.
• Manage time efficiently and make informed business decisions.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding travel, expenses, and equipment handling.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in Computed Tomography is required.
• A BSRT or BS degree is preferred, along with current ARRT licensure or CT certification.
• Previous experience as a clinical applications specialist is advantageous.
• Must comply with hospital credentialing requirements.
• Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Proficient with technology, capable of presenting using a laptop, and demonstrating expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.
