This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist customers with method verification and correlation studies.
• Engage in site readiness evaluations, coordination of installations, validation planning, and participation in customer implementation meetings.
• Provide on-site supplementary operator training for end-users.
• Offer specialized knowledge in hemostasis testing.
• Help customers grasp assay principles and practical interpretation factors.
• Advise laboratories on how to align their workflows with industry standards.
• Deliver both on-site and remote application support for Stago systems.
• Collaboratively monitor reagent usage and quality control performance with the Customer Care Team.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships by actively listening and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
• MT(ASCP) Certification or an equivalent credential is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a medical technologist with exposure to coagulation.
• Preference for experience with Stago products or a minimum of 3 years in an IVD applications specialist role.
• A current driver's license is required.
• Strong knowledge of QC/Westgard rules, CLSI validation protocols, IQCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows Office Suite Applications, particularly Excel.
