Clinical Applications Operations Program Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Applications organization with an emphasis on enhancing operational efficiency.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in relevant fields.

• Evaluate technical learning requirements, available tools, and financial outcomes.

• Provide leadership in the operational support framework and associated tools.

• Propel enhancements in customer experience.

• Work collaboratively to optimize organizational performance metrics.

• Formulate initiatives for operational and financial growth.

• Advocate for Lean methodologies.

• Organize resources to achieve set goals.

• Offer leadership in quality and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, Finance, or Customer Service.

• Strong, proven knowledge of contemporary computer and office communication technologies.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Expertise in Excel is essential.

• Demonstrated ability as a self-starter, self-directed, and team-oriented individual.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
