• Acquire expertise in specialized industry-specific software and utilize this knowledge to assist MIM customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and product training to hospitals, clinicians, and clinical staff to identify their needs and offer customized support.
• Conduct training sessions for team members as well as cross-functional teams.
• Leverage remote technologies to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, guiding them on optimal software usage.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the support journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues and various departments to identify solutions that may extend beyond your immediate area of expertise.
• Serve as the customer advocate by communicating product insights to MIM’s product, quality, and management teams to enhance the software and overall customer experience.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving departmental operations.
• Preferred background as a nuclear medicine technologist or experience in a support role related to nuclear medicine procedures.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical or medical experience.
• CNMT Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to actively listen and anticipate customer needs with empathy.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to deliver innovative solutions to complex customer challenges.
