This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for the application of our products in key market sectors to promote the company's revenue growth objectives.
• Works in conjunction with the local sales team to organize and provide thorough onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curriculum, processes/tools, and programs.
• Cultivates a unified understanding of the technology among care providers and communicates the clinical and economic value proposition effectively.
• Engages in product evaluations and installations.
• Evaluates needs and guarantees comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, covering maintenance and troubleshooting for all members of the clinical team.
• Delivers the necessary education and training to ensure optimal bedside use of the technology in both new and existing accounts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
• A current RRT license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly desirable.
• Existing in-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products is preferred.
• Ability to swiftly comprehend new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any/all required vaccinations as necessary for vendor credentialing.
