Clinical AI Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Create and develop clinical AI modules utilizing our unique no-code platform (decision support, documentation assistance, order recommendations, etc.)

• Compose and enhance AI/LLM prompts to ensure precise and clinically relevant outputs

• Assess module outputs against clinical research and practical workflows

• Work together with clinicians, engineers, and product teams to guarantee modules address the correct issues

• Conduct quality assurance and iterate on modules based on user insights and performance analytics

• Contribute to establishing best practices for module design, prompt engineering, and clinical content guidelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical background—RN, paramedic, medical assistant, or equivalent clinical experience preferred. However, non-clinical candidates with robust health IT experience will also be considered.

• 2–4 years of experience in clinical informatics, health IT, clinical content development, or a related discipline

• Knowledge of LLMs and AI prompting—you know how to generate effective outputs from language models

• Experience with vibe coding—comfortable experimenting with tools that are code-adjacent and low-code/no-code platforms

• Strong sense of curiosity—you inquire "why" and "for whom" prior to development

• Collaborative attitude—you thrive in teamwork across clinical, technical, and product disciplines

• Exceptional written communication skills for clinical content and documentation
