This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• The Clinical Advisor plays a vital role within the Solutions team, ensuring that both internal and external customers receive comprehensive training on SES products and their clinical applications.
• Possesses an in-depth knowledge of all SES products, including both current offerings and newly launched items.
• Holds a thorough understanding of the clinical applications and expected outcomes associated with all SES products.
• Conducts training for all sales, operations, and other internal teams on SES products, tailored to the specific needs of each group, which includes onboarding new hires, introducing new products, and preparing for new campaigns.
• Provides training to all sales teams on SES strategies and campaigns.
• Works in collaboration with product and marketing teams to develop effective training materials.
• Educates new customers about products during large implementations within the division, in coordination and collaboration with the implementation team.
• Acts as the divisional resource for any queries related to SES products.
• Collaborates with divisional leaders to recognize training needs within the field and formulates plans to address them.
• A four-year degree is required in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Certification in wound care, falls prevention, or safe patient handling is preferred.
• Experience in training, particularly with sales teams, operations teams, and healthcare providers.
• Prior experience in the healthcare market is essential.
• Must be able to quickly grasp new products and sales strategies.
• Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships within the division.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinical, marketing, sales, and operations audiences.
• High degree of flexibility, creativity, reliability, and professionalism.
• Exceptional presentation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in the core Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
