Clinical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of all SES products, including both existing and newly released items.

• Understanding the clinical applications and desired outcomes associated with each SES product.

• Conducting training for all sales, operations, and other internal teams on SES products, tailored to the specific needs of each group, which includes onboarding for new hires, training on new products, and campaign-specific training.

• Providing training to all sales teams on SES strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Working in collaboration with product and marketing teams to create effective training materials.

• Educating new customers on products for major implementations within the division, while coordinating and collaborating with the implementation team.

• Serving as the primary resource for all SES product inquiries within the division.

• Partnering with divisional leaders to assess training needs within the field and developing plans to address those needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year degree is required in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related healthcare field.

• Certification in wound care, falls prevention, or safe patient handling is preferred.

• Experience in training, particularly with sales teams, operations teams, and healthcare providers.

• Required experience in the healthcare market.

• Quick learning ability for new products and sales strategies.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the division.

• Excellent project management skills and the capability to work independently.

• Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to engage effectively with clinical, marketing, sales, and operations audiences.

• A high degree of flexibility, creativity, dependability, and professionalism.

• Exceptional presentation skills are essential.

• Proficient in the core Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
