Clinical Account Specialist, CAS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• The Customer Account Specialist (CAS) will comprehend the distinct objectives and requirements of each client.

• Achieve this by cultivating, sustaining, and utilizing networks and relationships.

• Formulate and implement effective business strategies to fulfill both customer and Ionis objectives.

• Act as a collaborative team member across various functions.

• Educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office personnel to enhance awareness of Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS).

• Foster a positive prescribing experience through value-added resources.

• Participate in conferences, congresses, and other scientific gatherings.

• Collect insights to profile accounts and offer feedback to field leadership.

• Implement the brand's strategic initiatives by developing customer-centric territory strategic account plans.

• Create insight-driven tactics by understanding brand requirements.

• Complete training on approved labels, compliance, and all relevant customer engagement policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

• Experience with new product launches.

• Proficiency in account-based selling.

• Engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

• Coordination with cross-functional field teams.

• Previous experience in independently managing a sales territory.

• Background in cardiology, endocrinology, and other specialties treating FCS patients.

• Injectable experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with the FCS community.

• Established connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and major accounts.

• Capability to analyze market data and create territory strategies.

• Proven record of navigating complex accounts and aligning solutions with patient needs.
