This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Serves as the main customer liaison for generating sales demand by implementing marketing strategies and promoting Sobi products.
• Maintains up-to-date and thorough clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products, effectively conveying the on-label clinical advantages of these products.
• Aims to meet territory sales goals by executing the Plan of Action (POA) marketing strategies.
• Communicates branded sales messages to clients.
• Represents Sobi at local events and meetings.
• Strives to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Responsible for showcasing Sobi’s products and services to a designated customer base.
• Generates and increases sales while consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives within a specific geographic region.
• Actively advocates for the appropriate usage of Sobi products to healthcare professionals in compliance with Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
• Develops and executes a territory business plan tailored to customer needs and sales targets.
• Conducts weekly analysis of territory sales data to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepares budget plans for customer interactions, local symposiums, and other miscellaneous external expenses.
• Aids in identifying and resolving issues and opportunities, proactively communicating with sales and marketing management.
• Reports adverse events to Sobi’s Drug Safety department as necessary per required guidelines.
• Completes all administrative tasks associated with the role, including timely reporting of call activities and customer information into the designated reporting system, and submitting expenses.
• Functions effectively as a team player, collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• BA/BS degree in business or science.
• Strong relationships, networks, and comprehensive knowledge of CHC (Cancer and Hematology Centers of W. MI).
• Established working knowledge and proven track record in the GPO market segment.
• Preferred 3 - 5 years of experience in rare diseases.
• Preferred 3 - 5 years of experience with oral medications, specialty pharmacies, and HUB.
• At least 5 years of dedicated hospital sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry, with a minimum of 3 years in specialty sales.
• A CAM should have at least 3 years of biologics sales experience utilizing a specialty pharmacy or 8 years of dedicated hospital sales experience.
• Experience navigating the transition of care/patient journey from hospital to outpatient settings.
• Proven history of high sales performance.
• Familiarity with single source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary.
• Strong work ethic, capable of establishing priorities and managing time effectively across a large assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, which could be as high as 40-50% in some instances.
• Must be based in or near the specified geographic territory (relocation assistance will not be provided).
