This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers across designated accounts.
• Guide account teams in the development and execution of strategic account plans in collaboration with sales and operations.
• Provide pharmaceutical care and cost-effective solutions that showcase value to clients.
• Take ownership of overall account satisfaction and address customer service challenges.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, performance of Service Level Agreements, accuracy of claims payments, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Create, implement, and execute strategic business plans aimed at fostering long-term profitable customer retention.
• Showcase pharmacy solutions and pinpoint opportunities for additional services.
• Offer input on clinical operations and support client-specific claims processing initiatives and clinical projects.
• Assist with Pharmacy and Therapeutics functions, DUR committees, enhanced customer service, and prior authorization inquiries.
• Oversee account financials, including revenue targets, cost of care, administrative expenses, and EBITDA goals.
• Identify opportunities for pharmacy products and services and promote up-selling through consultative approaches.
• Aid in sales and account management renewal processes.
• Identify, retain, mentor, and cultivate high-achieving members of the account team.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Over 2 years of experience in management leadership roles.
• More than 5 years of experience in pharmacy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa or residency sponsorship.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in clinical operations, quality, network, pharmacy, or project management, or completion of a managed care pharmacy residency.
• Capable of planning, organizing, scheduling, directing, controlling, and monitoring project activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct basic financial analysis.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with health plans.
• Provider experience is preferred.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• A PharmD is preferred.
• State pharmacy licensure is preferred.
