šŸ“‹ Description

• Delivers clinical and product knowledge to facilitate the successful adoption and application of company offerings in both existing and new accounts.

• Offers procedural support for accounts utilizing IOPS during cases.

• Sustains current business by promoting the use of company products. Aims to enhance awareness of IOPS among current customers, including the engagement of more physicians and support staff.

• Collaborates with the customer’s clinical team and procedure scheduler to pinpoint potential cases suitable for IOPS implementation.

• Partners with sales representatives to devise onboarding strategies for new accounts.

• Charged with developing and executing strategies for existing accounts to ensure their success with the IOPS platform, taking ownership of customer satisfaction.

• Provides weekly progress reports to the sales team, executive leadership, and fellow CAM members while updating the account spreadsheet or CRM.

• Aids in the limited market launch of new products.

• Assists the sales team in marketing company products.

• Supports the sales team throughout the new account acquisition process.

• Conducts educational initiatives through case coverage, in-services, and office visits to promote account independence, working closely with physicians, administrators, nurses, and technologists.

• Gathers information and data from the clinical application of company products to support product development, evidence generation, and strategic planning.

• Undertakes minor service or repairs on products in the field.

• Participates in internal and external educational meetings to maintain and enhance clinical skills and competencies.

• Organizes customer information, ensuring consistent logging of daily activities including case coverage and product education events.

• Attends clinical conferences for exhibit support, addressing attendee inquiries, observing clinical presentations, and building relationships with existing customers.

• Contributes to Centerline’s R&D efforts, including supporting remote or in-person meetings at Centerline HQ or other locations, bench testing, and cadaver lab work.

• Executes responsibilities in adherence to company policies, including accurate and prompt expense reporting, quote preparation and approval, compliance with company policies, and updates to the CRM system.

• Keeps informed of and shares knowledge regarding new competitor products and industry trends, while remaining up-to-date on Centerline’s offerings.

• Works with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies and sees them through to successful execution.

• Engages in Centerline’s annual and three-year strategic planning initiatives as requested.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a scientific discipline; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of educational or practical experience in radiologic technology, interventional radiology, or endovascular interventions.

• Capacity to quickly learn about all Centerline Biomedical products while collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

• Understanding of the technical and clinical dimensions of image-guided vascular interventions.

• Solid grasp of fluoroscopic imaging, interventional devices such as guidewires, catheters, and sheaths, as well as minimally invasive implants like stents and stent-grafts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, catering to audiences that include medical professionals, surgical staff, and hospital administration.

• High proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to interpret technical instructions.

• Strong collaborative skills, capable of working within cross-functional teams to provide clinical, customer, and market insights during strategic and R&D discussions.

• Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, which may include weekends and/or holidays.
