
Clinical Account Executive – Rare Disease

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee a designated sales territory
• Reside within the assigned territory
• Manage and enhance business within current Ambry accounts
• Increase menu utilization within existing accounts
• Promote genetic diagnostic testing services to prospective clients
• Negotiate and oversee contracts
• Launch new testing products
• Cultivate demand for and integration of new assays
• Create and execute customer-specific action plans
• Develop and present compelling presentations
• Organize and support trade shows
• Maintain customer data in the company’s database
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals, or in medical device sales
• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant years of experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
• Experienced with CRM applications such as Salesforce or Microsoft CRM
• Proven record of sales success in selling a diverse range of laboratory testing across various medical specialties
• Capability to sell technically complex products
• Expertise in demand generation across a large geographical area
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Some formal sales training experience, such as SPIN Selling or PSS
• Strong time management and territory management skills
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license unless otherwise agreed
