This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
β’ Accountable for achieving or surpassing designated sales targets.
β’ Delivers authorized disease state and product information to clients, employing persuasive selling techniques.
β’ Utilizes sales analytics and customer insights to formulate impactful, strategic plans that align with our brand goals.
β’ Implements sales and marketing initiatives throughout the designated territory.
β’ Continuously enhances understanding of a dynamic marketplace, territory developments, and product knowledge related to disease states.
β’ Collaborates effectively with a territory partner and Genmab colleagues.
β’ Creates and executes a call plan that meets established call metrics while optimizing coverage and frequency to key clients.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred, or relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in Health Science Field or Sales, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Health Science Sales with a minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales in lieu of a degree.
β’ Proven ability to effectively network and collaborate across various functional areas.
β’ Strong organizational/project management skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
β’ Established track record of managing multiple stakeholders within complex environments.
