This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +3 more states.
β’ Promote the utilization of Tempus's MRD testing services within the designated region, concentrating on prominent U.S. cancer centers, health systems, and community practices.
β’ Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and decision-makers to create and enhance business prospects.
β’ Formulate strategic initiatives for onboarding new clients while ensuring the retention of current ones, optimizing client-bill contracting opportunities.
β’ Execute laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with organizations that choose client billing.
β’ Work alongside various sales functions within Tempus to achieve corporate goals and objectives.
β’ Spot and cultivate partnership opportunities between oncology clients and Tempus, advocating for the incorporation of MRD testing into clinical practices.
β’ Provide insights to Tempus leadership based on market research and competitive dynamics within designated accounts.
β’ Create and execute a detailed business plan for the territory, encompassing budgets, travel, territory management, and goal setting.
β’ Embody Tempus's company values of integrity, respect, and trust in interactions with both external and internal stakeholders.
β’ Demonstrated capability in selling integrated molecular diagnostic solutions and engaging in consultative selling methodologies.
β’ Comfortable interacting with executive-level stakeholders (CEO, COO, CFO).
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the payer and reimbursement landscape in oncology diagnostics.
β’ Self-driven work ethic with excellent communication, project management, and prioritization abilities.
β’ Well-versed in molecular diagnostics, MRD testing, and the competitive environment in oncology.
β’ Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with regular use of Salesforce.com.
β’ Capacity to build cross-functional relationships to support work objectives and goals.
β’ Strong presentation skills, business insight, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
β’ B.S. degree in life science, biology, business, or marketing β MBA is preferred.
β’ Over 3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic context, with a preference for focus on MRD testing.
β’ Proven history of revenue generation in a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organization.
β’ Experience with major cancer centers, oncology GPOs, large health systems, and oncology practices.
