This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations and interactions among clients, brokers, and vendors.
• Examine monthly data to pinpoint cost drivers associated with drug utilization.
• Create and present quarterly reviews that highlight performance metrics and reporting outcomes.
• Identify and implement cost-effective strategies aimed at reducing wasteful spending and controlling specialty medication costs.
• Provide education to all pharmacy consulting practice departments regarding clinical updates, industry trends, and developments.
• Assist all pharmacy consulting practice departments with escalated clinical concerns.
• Act as a clinical resource for decision support for clients and brokers.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs, goals, and objectives.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, brokers, and vendors.
• Aid in prospecting calls alongside brokers or consultants.
• Assist in the formulation and presentation of RFP results to potential clients and prospects.
• Present clinical data to clients and lead discussions on strategy.
• Interpret, translate, and oversee the clinical design, rules, and formulary of PBM.
• Coordinate and supervise clinical programs from PBMs and other vendors.
• Collaborate frequently with PBM and other program vendors.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Confident and persuasive presenter in both individual and group settings.
• Leadership capabilities to effectively drive change and resolve issues.
• Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with team members.
• Proficient in analyzing, comprehending, and utilizing statistical report data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to clients and prospects as needed.
