Clinical Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in pharmacy benefit management initiatives by formulating clinical strategies.

• Create innovative clinical strategies and oversee the execution of clinical programs.

• Analyze, interpret, and generate recommendations based on prescription claims data.

• Engage in client implementation meetings while nurturing client relationships.

• Advise clients on developments related to drug pipeline activities.

• Supply drug information and operational insights.

• Examine and assess pharmacy data alongside reporting metrics.

• Produce communication materials concerning changes in formulary and utilization management.

• Support the customer service team when clinical claim evaluations are required.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide reports on various responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy; a B.S. in Pharmacy is also acceptable.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in pharmacy within a Health Plan or PBM.

• Proven experience in a client-facing role, including client presentations.

• Knowledge of utilization management, encompassing specialty medication management strategies, clinical program development, drug use evaluations, and formulary development and maintenance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create materials and present to clients.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and operate beyond the clinical setting.
