ClinDoc Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, testing, implementation, and continuous support of Epic Clinical Documentation and associated inpatient applications.

• Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications utilizing structured methodologies.

• Examine complex issues, determine root causes, and deliver prompt and effective solutions.

• Collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, and IT teams to enhance workflows and improve system functionalities.

• Take the lead on coordinating small to medium-sized projects, overseeing timelines, quality, and deliverables.

• Support Epic upgrade cycles, project initiatives, and activities surrounding go-live.

• Create test scripts, conduct testing, and assist in application validation processes.

• Participate in an on-call rotation to support inpatient clinical applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certification.

• Over 5 years of experience in Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation build, support, and implementation.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare IT setting.
