This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Oversee and execute emission reduction initiatives throughout the complete cycle of project validation, registration, verification, and issuance.
• Prepare technical project documentation, feasibility studies, templates, concept notes, and monitoring reports in accordance with internal and external standards, ensuring compliance with applicable frameworks such as VCS, Gold Standard, CDM, GCC, I-RECs, and others as necessary.
• Perform baseline and additionality assessments of projects, including both technical and financial evaluations.
• Manage relationships with project owners, third-party auditors, standards organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team on project due diligence, proposal drafting, and provide expert insights.
• Conduct site visits to project locations, which may be remote and involve challenging travel conditions.
• Review technical documents produced by team members and third parties, including auditors, project owners, and partners.
• Adhere to internal guidelines, tools, and software, ensuring that key information and milestones are consistently up to date.
• Offer necessary training and guidance to team members on technical subjects, project management, scheduling, and tools.
• Define vision, strategy, goals, and priorities for Coral Future’s project portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 0-3 years of experience in Project Management or a related field is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional analytical, research, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in crafting high-quality technical documentation in English.
• Capability to simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders.
• Adept at managing timelines and targets, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including to remote project sites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, international, multicultural environment.
• Proficient in online communication through platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, and across various time zones.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces.
• Professional fluency in both verbal and written English and Thai.
• Position open exclusively to Thai Nationals.
• Employees have the flexibility to work remotely.
