This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Advocate for Stewart’s digital and technical services through diverse sales and support initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a communication link between clients’ technical teams and the internal IT department.
• Work closely with clients to grasp technical requirements and business objectives, including providing product training.
• Address moderately complex to complex challenges and evaluate potential solutions.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in creating, designing, and integrating technologies using both new and existing development technologies, APIs, and databases.
• Experience in real estate, lending, or title industries is preferred.
• Experience with Zapier or similar tools is a plus.
