Client Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage with venture capital and private equity clients to align portfolio monitoring and financial reporting services with their specific requirements.

• Support the onboarding process for new clients on the platform through a hands-on approach.

• Collaborate with clients to enhance the stickiness of reporting solutions.

• Develop comprehensive Excel reports that are integrated with company systems.

• Undertake additional client projects as necessary.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Actively oversee service delivery and take charge of critical incidents and escalations.

• Facilitate coordination with resolution teams and ensure effective communication between clients and subject matter experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Conceptual familiarity with the SaaS business model.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously in an efficient and responsible manner.

• Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in documenting processes.

• Proven experience collaborating effectively within a team under tight deadlines.

• Willingness to commit to extended hours during critical periods, such as quarterly reporting, as necessary.

• A 4-year degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Degrees in mathematics, accounting, or finance are highly preferred.

• Familiarity with proprietary software, particularly iLevel, is a plus.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
