• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• A natural communicator—friendly, dynamic, and patient
• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrates integrity, humility, and professionalism when engaging with diverse individuals
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, Google Sheets, and Hubspot
• Experience with the RumbleUp platform is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel on a quarterly basis
