β’ Ensure clients of RynohEscheat Pro are correctly configured in Rynoh, including activation of bank accounts, setup of holders, uploading of Pro Letterhead, and handling imports when necessary.
β’ Perform daily due diligence tasks related to escheat, which include creating and dispatching due diligence letters, addressing payee inquiries, updating Rynoh Escheat transactions with relevant notes, and contacting clients for check reissues.
β’ Conduct quarterly reviews and maintenance of the escheat database for compliance purposes.
β’ Responsible for submitting state NAUPA reports as assigned.
β’ Possess a general understanding of the escheat module and its requirements, along with the capability to troubleshoot and rectify any issues.
β’ Efficiently manage any tasks assigned by the manager with minimal supervision.
β’ Maintain a comprehensive awareness of the RynohLive software functions to assist customers with inquiries or resolve any issues.
β’ High school diploma or GED is required.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a client support environment.
β’ Must possess a higher-than-average proficiency with computers and software, showing minimal hesitation in resolving general computer issues.
β’ A driven self-starter with a positive attitude and a proven ability to work independently is essential.
β’ Ability to multitask and effectively manage workload is required.
β’ Capability to meet deadlines and organize your own schedule is necessary.
β’ Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing business is crucial.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds both in person and over the phone.
β’ Experience with Microsoft Office Products is mandatory.
β’ Must be able to pass a background check.
β’ Experience in the banking or title industry is preferred.
β’ Background in an IT environment with client interaction is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with online banking systems is advantageous.
β’ Paid initial training.
