This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

• Communication with corporate clients of the company’s mobile services via incoming calls.

• Provision of specialized solutions.

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet browsers).

• Good command of the English language (both spoken and written).

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Active listening ability.

• Previous experience in a call center will be positively regarded.
