This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and serve as a liaison between customers and agencies concerning orders and issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members and departments to guarantee seamless processing of customer orders.
• Offer solutions in response to the changing needs of customers.
• Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth in sales and services.
• Foster the expansion of contract sales and service jobs by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining regular outreach to clients.
• Document and manage daily communications, support, and problem resolution for designated customer locations while adhering to response times and escalation procedures.
• Maintain expert knowledge of assigned contracts and inform customers about contract guidelines and limitations.
• Utilize internal systems for order placement, quote preparation, proof of delivery management, and handling service requests within established timelines and metrics.
• Collaborate with associates and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role; experience with government customers is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with customers to convey information clearly and accurately.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to adapt focus and prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of various contracts and requirements.
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating accountability and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and skilled in critical thinking to devise creative solutions for customers.
• Strong team player, willing to assist colleagues and collaborate with internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Formerly trained military personnel or candidates with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of civilian experience.
