This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for customers, serving as a liaison between them and agencies regarding orders and issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members and departments to facilitate seamless processing of customer orders.
• Deliver solutions that align with the changing needs of customers.
• Actively monitor customer accounts to identify potential opportunities for sales and service growth.
• Enhance contract sales and service job expansion through outstanding customer service and consistent outreach.
• Oversee and document daily communications, support, and resolution of problems for designated customer locations.
• Comply with response times, escalation protocols, established deadlines, and performance metrics.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned contracts and inform customers about contract guidelines and limitations.
• Utilize internal systems to handle orders, quotes, proof of deliveries, and service requests.
• Collaborate with associates and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Military personnel with relevant formal training or experience may be considered in place of civilian experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in supporting government customers is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with customers to convey information clearly and accurately.
• Highly organized and meticulous, capable of executing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to shift focus and prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to comprehend multiple contracts and requirements.
• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating accountability and initiative with minimal supervision.
• Agile and resourceful, using critical thinking to develop innovative customer solutions.
• Strong team-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
