Client Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients through phone and email communication.

• Develop video and wiki resources to enhance support for all clients.

• Create and distribute both standard and customized Document Form and Session Note Templates to facilitate client support.

• Gather and provide user feedback for new system features.

• Acquire knowledge and effectively use internal case and client management tools for comprehensive client support.

• Collaborate with the Client Services Department to onboard and engage new and existing clients.

• Support the Development Department by collecting client feedback on new products and features, as well as communicating any system and usability concerns.

• Assist the QA Department by testing interfaces and new developments.

• Act as a primary contact for tier 1 inquiries, forms review, and ticket escalation.

• Contribute to the training of new staff members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.

• Comprehension of business requirements with the ability to translate them into effective and functional client support.

• Exhibit a strong customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain professionalism.

• Self-motivated individual with aspirations to help the company grow and to eventually transition into an Account Manager or Department Manager role.

• Proficient with computers and software, including familiarity with various programs, browsers, recording, and screen sharing tools.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a readiness to take on various responsibilities.

• High level of discipline when working remotely; capability to work independently in a productive manner.

• Must possess a reliable computer and a fast internet connection.
