This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with prospects, clients, and partners.
β’ Assist in follow-ups, scheduling, and maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders.
β’ Ensure professional and clear written communication that aligns with client expectations.
β’ Conduct identification and research on companies, executives, and market opportunities.
β’ Create and manage prospect lists for campaigns and business initiatives.
β’ Collect insights on industries, competitors, and target markets.
β’ Aid in the execution of outreach and marketing campaigns.
β’ Monitor and update activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets).
β’ Assist with reporting, data management, and tracking of pipelines.
β’ Organize meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate coordination across teams.
β’ Help with documentation, reporting, and internal organization tasks.
β’ Provide support for ad hoc projects related to business, events, or client initiatives.
β’ 1β4 years of experience in virtual assistance, sales support, customer support, business development, or similar roles.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Familiarity with outreach tools (LinkedIn, email platforms) and CRM systems is advantageous.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
β’ Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
β’ Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
β’ Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving capabilities.
