Client Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for employers regarding their employee benefits, offering guidance, support, and addressing employee inquiries.

• Provide administrative assistance to clients by coordinating updates with providers, including onboarding new hires, processing terminations, managing employee changes, and facilitating annual renewal activities.

• For clients utilizing a benefits platform, ensure accurate employee records, manage enrollment processes, and supervise monthly benefits payroll reporting.

• Offer proactive support to the Client Director in nurturing client relationships and maintaining service excellence.

• Effectively work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, such as monthly benefits payroll reporting and renewal processes.

• Handle multiple client accounts concurrently, demonstrating strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage competing demands.

• Collaborate with the technology team to maintain the accuracy and currency of client benefits platforms.

• Participate in the continuous development and execution of internal best practices to improve operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A good educational background, ideally to A level or equivalent.

• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to manipulate and interpret data effectively.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all employee benefits, including flexible benefits and pensions.

• Proficient in IT, preferably with experience in benefits platforms as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Highly organized with the ability to meet agreed timelines and expected quality standards.

• Capable of performing well under pressure.
