Client Success Specialist – LegalTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Manage and respond to inquiries from users and potential clients regarding Codekeeper’s services and account management.

• Ensure that customer requests are addressed efficiently and accurately in line with our full-service model.

• Assist customers in establishing links between their source code management systems and Codekeeper.

• Provide guidance to leads about Codekeeper’s offerings through email and website chat.

• Review information provided by customers, create reports, and send them to clients.

• Draft legal language and agreements that incorporate the needs of the customers.

• Prepare legal documentation for managerial review prior to distribution to clients.

• Conduct legal research and offer assistance on legal issues.

• Serve as a liaison between Codekeeper and its customers to enhance customer success, satisfaction, and retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• A solid understanding of LegalTech concepts is essential.

• Previous experience in customer success or a comparable position is desirable.

• Ability to draft legal documents proficiently.

• Experience working with a variety of companies across different sizes and sectors.

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with modern web applications like Google Docs and similar tools.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Comfortable with adapting to and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

• Extensive legal or technical experience is not mandatory.

• Candidates may respond in either Dutch or English.
