• Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and providing dependable support.
• Conducting regular client check-ins to assess progress, align on objectives, and address any inquiries.
• Addressing ongoing client requirements, offering timely updates and proactive solutions.
• Analyzing campaign results and converting performance data into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance campaign performance and deliver outstanding service.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in account management, hospitality marketing, or agency roles supporting hospitality clients.
• Proficient client-facing skills with the confidence to lead calls and presentations.
• Experience in analyzing marketing or campaign performance and offering recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.
• Experience with a project management tool (e.g., Asana) is preferred.
