Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for medical coders, offering guidance on inquiries and escalating issues to clients when necessary.

• Perform coding reviews and offer suggestions for suitable coding in accordance with current guidelines.

• Deliver written feedback concerning coding compliance documentation and conduct other clinical record audits as assigned.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance quality plans and aid in equipping internal coding teams and global partners with the necessary tools and resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma

• A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant professional experience

• Home Health Coding Certifications

• EPIC EMR experience (Preferred)
