Client Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Greet and onboard new clients, setting clear expectations and project timelines.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.

• Convert performance data into straightforward, actionable insights.

• Work in conjunction with SEO, Paid Ads, and Web teams to execute marketing strategies.

• Assist in managing Google Business Profile and Local Services Ads accounts.

• Provide support for website updates and approvals related to client campaigns.

• Engage in team discussions aimed at enhancing client experience and refining internal processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or digital marketing.

• Fundamental understanding of SEO, Google Ads, or websites (we will provide further training).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong time-management and follow-up skills.

• Bonus: Experience with home services or small business clients is a plus.
