📋 Description

• Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts while fostering robust relationships and ensuring dependable support.

• Conducting regular client check-ins to assess progress, align on objectives, and resolve any inquiries.

• Addressing ongoing client requirements by providing timely updates and proactive solutions.

• Analyzing campaign outcomes and converting performance data into clear, actionable insights.

• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance campaign performance and deliver exceptional service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of account management experience in digital marketing or multifamily marketing, including overseeing a portfolio of communities.

• Experience managing a substantial portfolio of accounts (e.g., approximately 30 accounts and campaigns).

• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to confidently lead calls and presentations.

• Proficient in analyzing campaign performance and offering strategic recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills with a strong client-facing background.

• Proven experience in evaluating campaign performance and advising clients on optimizations.

• Familiarity with a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.

• Experience with a project management tool (e.g., Asana) is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
