This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Deliver exceptional support via phone to clients enrolled in our Debt Management Program
• Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced call center setting
• Assist with client accounts to ensure effective account management
• Oversee proposals, payments, deposits, and communications with creditors
• Actively assess client accounts to pinpoint and resolve any issues
• Keep precise records and guarantee adherence to state regulations
• Work collaboratively with various departments to provide a seamless client experience
• Inspire and motivate clients throughout their financial journey
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service (call center experience preferred)
• An associate’s degree is preferred; a bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of experience
• A strong sense of professionalism is crucial when assisting clients with sensitive financial matters
• Excellent communication skills—empathetic, professional, and articulate
• Proficient in technology with experience in Windows-based systems and CRM applications
• Comfortable with numbers and basic financial calculations, such as reviewing credit card statements, due dates, and payment schedules
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
