📋 Description

• The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing enduring partnerships with clients and broker/consultants for assigned accounts.

• This position involves strategic and proactive planning within the client’s business framework, focusing on identifying and leveraging opportunities to engage the employee and member populations to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.

• Act as a reliable advisor by utilizing claims data, insights from value-based care, and performance analytics to showcase ROI and direct clients towards strategies that improve health outcomes and reduce overall care costs.

• Achieve this through timely and proactive issue resolution, advising clients on best practices, evaluating service/product offerings, suggesting innovative solutions, and sharing market insights.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of population health and healthcare utilization data, including trends in medical and pharmacy claims, with the ability to articulate findings and translate them into actionable strategies for clients.

• Utilize claims data and metrics from value-based care to spotlight care gaps, high-cost utilization trends, and areas for enhanced clinical intervention and cost management.

• Advise clients on the principles of value-based care, clarifying how investment in primary care can lower downstream claims expenditures and enhance overall plan effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, coupled with 5 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or account/client management, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Demonstrated success in managing clients with complex requirements and elevated expectations.

• Proficient in influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Knowledge and experience in a Tariff-Hartley and union context.

• Strong expertise in healthcare data analytics, claims analysis, value-based care models, performance guarantee structures, and operational/clinical integration.

• Experience in crafting and delivering presentations, including claims reviews and summaries of value-based care performance.

• Familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims data, cost drivers, and methodologies for calculating total cost of care.

• Understanding of value-based care frameworks, risk stratification, and quality measure reporting (e.g., HEDIS, care gap closure).

• Hands-on experience working with risk-based, value-based, or alternative payment models, such as PEPM structures, cost-plus agreements, outcome-based pricing, or shared-risk frameworks.

• Strong capabilities in project management, account portfolio planning, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
