Client Success Manager, Spanish

📋 Description

• Ensure that clients thoroughly understand our platform and its technical capabilities, and assist them in achieving success while gaining insights into their specific business needs and how these align with Breezeway’s future product developments.

• Facilitate the adoption of new users through both practical and conceptual training, and offer continuous education on new features.

• Recognize upsell opportunities.

• Identify potential business churn risks early and formulate action plans to mitigate them.

• Create strategies for client engagement, adoption, and success planning by analyzing data and client feedback. Additionally, drive value by pinpointing further upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Act as the client's advocate within the organization, providing feedback that supports ongoing development and improvement of our business practices.

• Employ a solution-focused approach to address client needs and escalate client issues promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management.

• Experience in promoting SaaS solutions within a client success context.

• Strong project management skills and effective prioritization techniques.

• Familiarity with CRM software and web-based tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities effectively.

• Experience in startup environments is a plus.

• Background in the property management industry is also a plus.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
