• Create strategies for client engagement, adoption, and success planning by analyzing data and client feedback. Additionally, drive value by pinpointing further upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Act as the client's advocate within the organization, providing feedback that supports ongoing development and improvement of our business practices.
• Employ a solution-focused approach to address client needs and escalate client issues promptly.
• 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management.
• Experience in promoting SaaS solutions within a client success context.
• Strong project management skills and effective prioritization techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software and web-based tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities effectively.
• Experience in startup environments is a plus.
• Background in the property management industry is also a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
