This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the main contact and liaison for clients during the implementation and production phases.
• Assist with daily client operations, which includes managing tickets, system updates, data refreshes, and providing release notifications.
• Oversee ticket management to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Regularly engage with clients to uncover opportunities for enhancing outcomes and maximizing the value of products and services.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and streamline data processes.
• Organize client support initiatives in collaboration with engineering teams located in the US and India.
• Convey requirements, timelines, and priorities to engineering teams while monitoring status and results.
• Evaluate healthcare data and convert analytical outputs into concise, actionable insights.
• Create informative, clear, and user-friendly deliverables for clients.
• Navigate through MedInsight, enterprise tools, applications, and cloud-based environments.
• Perform additional related or unrelated tasks as assigned.
• Travel may be required on a limited basis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare, or a related domain.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to convert client requirements into actionable tasks, align priorities and timelines, manage escalations, and resolve issues.
• Exceptional organizational, administrative, and project management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple client priorities, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with precision.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to enhance adoption, satisfaction, and growth.
• Skill in identifying opportunities for improving client outcomes or business impact.
• Proficient in learning and using technical tools for client data review and analysis.
• Capacity to address client inquiries regarding software upgrades, functionality, healthcare analytics, and data issues.
• Ability to analyze data and create clear, informative, and user-friendly client-facing deliverables.
• Commitment to ensuring data quality, integrity, and security across various data sources and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer or ACO data.
• Exposure to EHR systems, clinical data, and claims data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps or Jira is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a bonus.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman.
