This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships while establishing effective working partnerships with your clients.
• Regularly engage with clients to secure exclusive deals and gain insights on open job orders.
• Assist recruiters by communicating specific customer needs and opportunities.
• Review recruiter submissions to ensure compliance with facility requirements.
• Actively market Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to all clients within your portfolio.
• Maintain a healthy Profit and Loss statement by processing quality submissions and making successful placements.
• Consistently monitor customer satisfaction using quality metrics and client scorecards.
• Travel to client locations and participate in networking and industry events.
• Handle processing of assignment and contract modifications, extensions, renewals, and terminations.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for any current client and provider issues.
• Foster relationships and rapport with all physicians and APPs to ensure a high retention rate.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Locum Tenens and Advanced Practice Staffing domain.
• Serve as an expert and advisor within the healthcare industry.
