Client Success Manager, Labor & Multi Employer Funds

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio comprising labor funds, unions, and multi-employer health plans.

• Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders.

• Conduct business reviews that emphasize engagement, results, ROI, and long-term value.

• Foster relationships with fund administrators, consultants, trustees, and labor leadership.

• Collaborate across departments to address customer challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

• Recognize retention risks, growth prospects, and strategies to enhance partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Healthcare, Benefits, or a similar customer-facing position.

• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities while managing complex customer environments.

• Proven experience in presenting results, ROI, and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences.

• Shows a proactive approach in utilizing AI tools to boost individual productivity and efficiency.
