This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients in various global markets, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Take charge of client renewals, upselling, and identifying expansion opportunities within current accounts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to enterprise clients, liaising with internal teams to guarantee service excellence.
• Track client performance, analyze traffic trends, and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Carrier, and Finance teams to address issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keep precise client information, activity records, and reports updated within the CRM system.
• At least 4 years of experience in the A2P messaging sector, including a minimum of 2 years in managing enterprise client accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
• Comprehensive knowledge of A2P SMS products, delivery processes, and traffic analytics.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach.
• Strong organizational capabilities and comfort in managing multiple accounts in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in English is required.
